Making Justice, Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion (JDEI) commonplace in the contingent workforce
Justice, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion are the guiding principles of our council. Our council remains steadfast in our commitment to uphold these concepts, driving meaningful change and creating a better future for all within the staffing industry.
We are committed to pursuing Justice within the staffing industry by identifying and dismantling systemic barriers and disadvantages.
We are dedicated to promoting Equity within the staffing industry, recognizing that historical disadvantages and systemic biases have created unequal access to opportunities, and we are committed to rectifying this imbalance.
By actively promoting Diversity, we aim to represent the richness of our industry and bring together individuals with unique backgrounds, skills, and insights.
Through championing Inclusion, we seek to foster a supportive environment for individuals from all walks of life, ensuring that their voices are heard, their talents are recognized, and their contributions are valued.
