Wen has over 20 years’ experience in the human resources, staffing and recruiting industry including service in the U.S. Air Force. Wen has created industry changing models like direct-sourcing and DEI contingent processes to open the door for more gig professionals. Wen is the CEO and Co-Founder of Omni Inclusive, DE&I arm of TechDigital Group, that focuses on diversity & inclusion of the contingent labor workforce. Wen is the recipient of numerous industry awards to include being named to SIA’s 2021 DE&I Influencer list and as an SIA Contingent Workforce Game Changer for two consecutive years. Wen holds a master’s in psychology specializing in gender and sexual fluidity from Northcentral University and a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management from Regis University.
