Omni Inclusive's Wen Stenger named as a DEI Influencer for 2022
Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA), the global advisor on staffing and workforce solutions, has published its annual list of DE&I (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) Influencers, recognizing individuals from across the workforce solutions ecosystem who stand out in their actions and commitment to advancing diversity, equity and inclusion in their organizations and communities.
Since becoming an advocate for DE&I in the labor space in 2017, Wen Stenger’s influence has grown by leaps and bounds. “It is a huge passion of mine. As an Air Force veteran and member of the LGBTQ community, I understand the difficulties of missing that feeling of belonging in your personal life and work life,” Stenger says. “My mission is to leave this world better than I found it. Whatever I can do to make sure people don’t experience the stigma and difficulties I’ve had to experience, mission accomplished.”
The DE&I Influencer website is unveiled this week, featuring the individual influencers and sharing their roles and involvement. Those named to the list also appear in the May/June 2022 issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine.
