The Many Movements for Gender Equality

From the early days of suffrage, to the Equality Act, we have continued the work towards gender equality. Today, women comprise more than 50% of the world's population, yet we own only 1% of the world's wealth (Crum et al, 2019).

Let's look through a few of the most salient events that have contributed to the gender equality movement and help depict how far we've come and how much more work there is to do in order to achieve true gender equality.
